Ta' Ġannina

Located in the heart of Żebbuġ, this project aimed to convert a Grade 2 scheduled 400-year-old townhouse into a bed and breakfast for short-let stays.

It was vital to preserve the natural elements that are currently on location, keeping the traditional Maltese aesthetic and properties and incorporating touches of contemporary, blending the old with the new.

This renovation requires a keen eye for detail as to ensure the balance between traditionalism and contemporary remains, without one style overshadowing the other,
